Low Commitment

We start with an initial 2-month commitment (invoice for first 2 months of service issued upon signature of contract). Following this setup and implementation phase, your plan moves to a flexible month-to-month basis and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice.

Scaling Your Support

For Essential and Pro Plans:

Before we can get started, we need to get the "lay of the land." Your first month is dedicated to a three-step setup to ensure your foundation is rock-solid. We’ll secure the administrative keys to your website and Google accounts, plug our monitoring tools into your site to catch glitches before they become costly problems, and sync our systems with yours to create a "clean slate." This initial phase clears the path so we can move from setup to strategic improvements starting in month two.

For Elite and Custom Plans:

Your setup is covered by us, allowing service to be completed within the first month.

Optimization Credits (We Drive)

Our team reviews your analytics to see how Google and AI platforms are interacting with your site. We don't wait for you to ask—we identify the single most impactful "technical fix" to improve your visibility.

Support Credits (You Drive)

These are the things on YOUR "to-do" list. Instead of worrying about hourly rates or technical hurdles, you simply delegate tasks to us. Use your credits to keep your site fresh and professional.

How to Use Your Dedicated Monthly Support

Your plan includes Expert Support Credits designed to keep your internet presence fresh, professional, and functional. Think of these as a "Direct Line" to your web developer and search specialist. Simply email your request, and our team will handle the execution—usually within 48 hours.

What Counts as One Credit?

One credit typically covers a professional task that takes approximately 45–60 minutes of expert execution. Below are common ways our partners use their credits:

1. Visual & Content Refresh

• Photo Updates: Swapping out seasonal hero images or adding a new gallery of 5–10 photos.

• Announcement Banners: Adding a "Special Event" or "Holiday Hours" alert bar to the top of your site.

• Blog/Article Posting: You provide the text; we handle the formatting, image sourcing, and SEO tagging.

2. Customer Experience & Reliability

• Form Testing: A complete audit of your contact/booking forms to ensure leads are actually reaching your inbox.

• Link Cleanup: Checking for broken links or outdated buttons that might be frustrating your customers.
